7/27/16: Book Club Discusses MY BRILLIANT FRIEND

On Wednesday, July 27, 7pm, the St. James Book Club will meet to discuss Elena Ferrante’s popular My Brilliant Friend. Described as rich, intense, and a touching meditation on the nature of friendship, the story follows the lives of two women who grew up together in a poor neighborhood near Naples, Italy, in the 1950s.
