Scammers are making the rounds of the Greater Boston area. A warning to all that someone may approach you claiming to be or to represent our rector or other representatives of St. James. (The email source of one such person begins with pastormaill173.)

Please remember: Requests for financial support or contribution to organizations will come to you only via regular mail and on official stationery, either from Rev. Butler or other designated representatives of St. James.

In addition, note that no cash is kept in the office, although assistance in other forms may be available to those truly in need.

Of your charity, forsake not to pray and care for those in need. Pray for peace.
