Thanks and Fare Thee Well, Rev. Kevin Sparrow

On Sunday, September 6, 2015, we celebrated our last service with the Rev. Kevin Sparrow as our Priest Associate. We have been blessed to have him and his partner with us for about a year, through some harrowing, exciting, and fun times. In typical St. James fashion, we sent him off well-fed to his new post at Christ Church, Cambridge. Our post-service coffee hour included a stunning array of sandwiches, finger foods, salads, punches (high-test and regular), fruit medleys, and an embarrassment of rich desserts–including rum cake and red velvet cake.

Best of luck in your new position as Interim Parish Administrator and Interim Children and Family Minister. They cannot possibly know how lucky they are to have you. Thank you, Rev. Kevin, for all the help, support, and guidance you have given us and Rev. Karen at St. James. Best of luck to you and Eric from all of us. Please keep us in your prayers. And come visit!
