Our organist, Robert Edward Smith, will have his 70th birthday celebrated in grand style on October 21st. That’s when The Chamber Orchestra of Boston opens their season with an evening devoted to Robert’s own compositions. The event is open to the public; tickets are available at their web site, the link given above.

Happy birthday, Robert!

Tenor Matthew Anderson, acclaimed for his “voice of exceptional dramatic flair and excellent tone” will perform Parables, three songs on poems by Gerard Manley Hopkins.
