– A new third floor addition with eight additional proposed units, renovating one unit on the second floor to become an accessible unit;
– An extensive front façade renovation to match adjacent building.

B) 8 CURTIS STREET, Somerville, MA (Teele Square)
– An existing parking lot
– Two proposed residential units (one 2-bedroom unit, one 4-bedroom unit)
– Six parking spaces

The developer, their attorney, and the architect will be present to speak with neighbors and answer any questions.
