Please join us for our Palm Sunday service, this Sunday, March 29th, at 10 am.

If you get to St. James by driving past the Medford-Somerville campus of Tufts University (north of Teele Square and St. James) be aware that Tufts will be holding a bike race that day. Parking and driving on Curtis Street and adjoining streets will be limited/rerouted before, during, and after the race. According to the city:

“The following streets will be closed on Sunday from 8 a.m. to approximately 6 p.m.:

  • Professor’s Row: between Latin Way and Curtis Ave.
  • Curtis St.: between Professor’s Row and Whitfield Rd.
  • Whitfield Rd.: between Curtis St. and Packard Ave.
  • Packard Ave.: between Whitfield Rd. and Talbot Ave.
  • Talbot Ave: between Packard Ave. and Latin Way
  • Latin Way: between Talbot Ave. and Professor’s Row.

Through traffic will be detoured onto North St.”
